Potty Training Doll

As a mommy of two toddlers, I know a little bit about the trials and tribulations of potty training. When I potty trained my son over 2 years ago, it went fairly well. Especially considering that as the saying goes, boys take longer to potty train, then he did very well. I did utilize some really great resources though. One was the Scotty Potty training doll for boys. It made a big difference how quickly he understood what he needed to do to go potty. He was able to make the doll use the potty and realized that he could do the same as the doll since he helped the doll to go potty. The other resource that helped quite a bit was the reward stickers potty chart. He was excited when he received stickers to put on his chart. And the pictures on the stickers were relevant to potty training to further encourage him. The other resources were potty videos and of course potty books. We would read to him and watch the videos with him. Well now we are starting potty training with my little girl. And although the beginning of the journey is so far very challenging, I am confident that with patience, great encouragement and praise from us and the wonderful potty training resources we have available, my sweet little girl will be potty trained before we know it.

Potty Time Can Be Fun Time Too!

Whoa is me! My toddler girl is beginning to go through that wonderful thing called potty training. We are hoping that she learns quickly as my son did. She not too thrilled about it though I must say. Some good news is that we have so many great potty training products to help the process go a little smoother. For those little ones who need to start with the small accommodating potty chair or those who can start by going right to the big potty, take a peek at these potty training resources. Another wonderful innovative creation is the potty training doll. What a concept! It's the greatest. I used the Scotty Potty training doll with my son when he was two and a half years old. This doll made an amazing difference. I must say that the creator, who happens to be a mom herself, out did herself. The Scotty Potty and the Patty Potty are superb and have recently been in Parent's Magazine. Potty training, toilet training, whichever you choose to call it, is a challenging part of a toddlers personal growth. But once it has been accomplished, the rewards for toddler and parents far out weigh the tough hurdles getting there. Thanks for reading.

When Our Little Ones Get Boo Boo's, We Hurt Too!

Hi there. I am a mother of two wonderful toddlers. When my husband and I had our first son, we were a nervous wreck. Not sure how to do this or that, but we soon realized that loving him dearly and keeping him safe was all it took. Well almost. We still had to use good judgement and some common sense. When our son and daughter began crawling around, then walking, and now running, we had to achieve several safety measures for different levels of their growth. We did this by utilizing innovative and quality safety products. It's amazing how much worry can be lifted when a safety measure is put into place. If you have very little ones or know someone who does, then you should check out www.tinkabookids.com. Feel free to look around. If you have questions, let me know. Thanks for reading.
